Our ingredients
ZQ-CERTIFIED MERINO WOOL
Sweaters are made from fully traceable ZQ-certified Merino wool, the world’s leading ethical wool. ZQ is Silver Cradle to Cradle Certified overall, and Platinum Certified for material health.
Zegna Baruffa Yarn
Wool is spun into yarn and then dyed at Zegna Baruffa mill in northern Italy. Zegna Baruffa runs on 100% renewable energy and is Gold Cradle to Cradle Certified. 100% recyclable. 100% biodegradable.
Ecopaxx NFC Tag
NFC tags are made from EcoPaXX. A bio-based, 100% carbon-neutral polyamide made primarily from renewable castor bean oil. Silver Cradle to Cradle Certified.
Neck and Care Labels
Labels are made from 100% organic cotton. Care labels are ecologically printed with black soya ink. All 100% recyclable. All 100% biodegradable.

Hand-finished detailing on each sweater.
Each sweater has unique hand-finished detailing in an array of complementary colours. Inspired by the ‘smit marks’ farmers use to identify their sheep. Hand-stitched using yarn that would otherwise go to waste. And each sweater comes with a tag, hand-signed by the person who finished it off. Making each sweater a limited edition of one.
